Setup & Requirements

• Power: We need a spot within 30 feet of an electrical socket for fans. 🔌
• Water: Customers provide a water hose. A hose can be added for an extra charge. 🚿
• Ground: Must be flat, dry, and clear of glass and debris. We do NOT set up on dirt, gravel, or rocks—NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Supervision: An adult must monitor the inflatable at all times. For non-residential events, renter must sign a contract confirming adult supervision.

Delivery, Pricing & Venue Notes

• Delivery areas include Putnam, Clay, St Johns, Duval, Alachua, Volusia and surrounding counties. 🚚
• We DO NOT deliver to apartment complexes. We do deliver to approved public parks.
• Non-residential events incur a 20% total booking increase due to higher traffic and staffing needs.
• Tarp provided. Please ensure the setup area meets requirements to avoid delays.
