Setup Requirements

• Ground restrictions: No dirt, gravel, or rocks. We do not set up on uneven or debris-covered surfaces — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• We DO NOT deliver to apartment complexes. We do deliver to approved public parks. 📍

• Non-residential events: All non-residential bookings incur a 20% total booking increase due to added traffic and wear on inflatables.
• Contract & supervision: Renter must sign a contract and ensure an adult monitors each inflatable for participant safety.
